The HCJF education initiative with the New Brunswick Public schools is underway, thanks to a grant from Wells Fargo.

HCJF established the not for profit organization in January, to ensure excellence and equality in music programs for students attending New Brunswick public schools. For the first time in the history of the NBPS summer camp program, the talented young musicians participating from the district are receiving master class instruction in Improvisation lead by NJ professor of music, and Jazz House Kids Director of Music, Radam Schwartz. Ms. Weeks, Executive Director said: “We are delighted to support the NBPS music program, and the summer camp this year. This new initiative fits perfectly with our mission of supporting current and new training programs for student musicians by providing the financial and network resources vital to accomplishing this important mission”.
